 Description:  As part of the CAPSTONE-14 multi-state earthquake exercise taking place June 16-20, the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) is operating a Joint Reception, Staging and Onward Integration (JRSOI) facility to test capabilities for preparing multiple response teams for deployment to disaster sites. Nearly 20 response teams, including out-of-state and private sector teams, are expected to process through the JRSOI today.
