 Description:  The purpose of this Intended Use Plan (IUP) is to fulfill the requirements of Section 1452(b) of the federal Safe Drinking Water Act of 1996 (SDWA) and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) as a prerequisite for award of a federal grant to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) for capitalization of the State Revolving Fund from funds provided under the ARRA for use in the Public Water Supply Loan Program (PWSLP).
