The Executive Director reasoned that the charge was untimely filed because the Union had notice on March 27, 2012 of the City's position that the parties' 2007-2012 contract would continue through June 30, 2013. On October 10, 2013, we granted the Union's request for oral argument. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the Executive Director's dismissal. | | | Date Created: | 11 15 2013 | | | Agency ID: | Case No. L-CA-13-052 | | | ISL ID: | 000000050417 Original UID: 171353 FIRST WORD: Opinions | |
