Description:  Three letters that were presented as evidence to the Special Investigative Committee. The first letter is from House Majority Leader, Barbara Flynn Currie, to Governor Rod R. The second letter is from David Ellis, Chief Legal Counsel to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, to Sheldon Sorosky, legal counsel to the Governor, giving notice that the committee would begin hearings on December 16, 2008. The third letter is from Sheldon Sorosky to David Ellis protesting the short notice of the first hearing, requesting a copy of the committee rules, and asking if the Attorney General should be recused from her legal duty to represent the Governor.
