 Description:  This program evaluation recounts where the various interest groups seem to be with regard to the FPA process. Taking that in conjunction with the state-by-state review, we developed our best counsel for constructing a road map for IEPA. A road map that will help move the state away from what is commonly regarded as a dysfunctional program and toward something that better protects and preserves water quality throughout the state.
