 Description:  The Office of the Illinois State Treasurer (Treasurer) seeks an insurer to provide a policy which will provide added protection to its Prime Fund (Fund). The policy will provide for the full and complete payment of a Covered Loss (as defined herein) whenever the Fund suffers such a loss due to an Event of Default of a Covered Investment occurring during the Agreement Period which is promptly reported to the Insurer and for which a Demand for Payment is presented to the Insurer
