 Description:  The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) today announced that, weather permitting, on March 22nd, it will be starting a $23 million project to widen IL Rt. 21/Milwaukee Ave. in Libertyville. The two-year project is intended to eliminate a bottleneck and enhance safety on the two mile stretch of Milwaukee Ave. from north of IL Rt. 137 to IL Rt. 120.
