Pursuant to the requirements in Section 5/18-8.05 M of the Illinois School Code [105 ILCS 5/18.8.05], the Education Funding Advisory Board, in consultation with the State Board of Education, shall make recommendations to the General Assembly for the foundation level and for the supplemental General State Aid grant level for districts with high concentrations of children from poverty.
