 Description:  The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is advising the public that the Illinois State Rail Plan Public Meeting scheduled for this afternoon and evening in Marion has been postponed due to the severe storm that struck the area. The meeting will be rescheduled in the near future. The meeting was scheduled to take place at the Marion Carnegie Library at 206 S. Market St. from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
