In 2022, IDOL implemented statistical data reporting features into its wage collection program under the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act (820 ILCS 115) and the Minimum Wage Law (820 ILCS 105). The attached report details the progress on IDOLs data collection from submitted wage claim forms from the start of the data collection in 2022 to March 31, 2023.
