This document is the description of the methods used to compile the 2002 base year inventory for particulate matter. It includes CO, NH3, NOx, PM10, PM2.5, SO2 and VOM emissions for point, area, on-road mobile, off-road mobile and biogenic emissions for the entire State of Illinois.
