 Description:  Public Act 96-0878 amended the Illinois Public Aid Code by creating the Cross-Agency Medicaid Commission. The Commission includes the Director of Healthcare and Family Services, the Secretary of Human Services, the Director of Children and Family Services, and the State Superintendent of Education, or their respective designees, as well as four vendors of services that are eligible for federal Medicaid matching funds, funded through each of the four respective agencies.
