The Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority awarded a small grant to TASC for a preliminary investigation of racial disproportionality in sentencing for drug crimes. The current report is the third in a series of publications that highlight the disproportionate incarceration of African Americans for drug crimes in Illinois.
