DOCKET NO.: 06-00974.001-C-1 PARCEL NO.: 02-33-301-007-0000 The parties of record before the Property Tax Appeal Board are Canterbury Woods, L.P., the appellant, by attorney Terrence J. Griffin of Eugene L. Griffin & Associates, Ltd., Chicago, Illinois; and the Grundy County Board of Review. Prior to the hearing, the parties reached an agreement as to the correct assessment of the subject property. This assessment agreement was presented to and considered by the Property Tax Appeal Board.
