Annual Report for 2010 Older Adult Services Act Report to the General Assembly. Contains information regarding the progress of the Older Adult Services Advisory Committee. The following report is submitted as mandated byPublic Act 93-1031, the Older Adult Services Act. This Act requires the Illinois Department on Aging to notify the General Assembly of its progress toward compliance with the Act on Jan. 1, 2006, and every January thereafter. As required, this report summarizes the work completed in 2009, identifies impediments to such progress, and reflects the recommendations of theAdvisory Committee, including items requiring legislative action.
