This has resulted in part by numerous environmental regulations that have been enacted but also through programs developed and implemented through the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. The photographs featured on the cover of the 2003 Air Quality Report reflect the just few of those programs. Top left photograph: Launch of the Illinois Clean School Bus Program.
