  • Disparity Index Computation Database has been developed to be used as a tool, which allows users to assess the level of racial/ethnic disparity at various stages of the criminal justice system process (i.e., disproportionate minority representation). This manual is intended to make the database easy to used to determine whether a disparity exists and, in most cases, it can help determine where in the process disparity is being introduced.
