  • the Illinois Commerce Commission ("Commission") entered an Order commencing reconciliation proceedings in accordance with the Commission's Order in the Generic Proceeding and in accordance with Northern Illinois Gas Company d/b/a Nicor Gas Company ("Nicor", "Respondent", or "Company") Rider 12. The Initiating Order directed Nicor to present evidence reconciling revenue collected under Rider 12 with costs prudently incurred in connection with environmental activities as defined in the rider.
