  • The Office of the Illinois State Treasurer (Treasurer) recognizes that Illinois Citizens who are owners of Unclaimed Property held by the State of Illinois will benefit by having their property returned to them by the Treasurer. To facilitate the return of Unclaimed Property to its owners, the Treasurer has instituted the Cash Dash Program. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into an agreement with a telemarketing vendor to promote the Unclaimed Property Divisions Cash Dash Program, which will result in an increased amount of Unclaimed Property returned to its owners.
