  • AUCTION DATES, TIMES and LOCATION The auction shall be conducted on Saturday, August 16, 2003 at the Illinois State Fairgrounds, Directors Lawn, Springfield, Illinois. CONDITION and DESCRIPTION The condition of the items being offered varies greatly. The buyer understands and agrees that the items are sold and accepted by buyer on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis with all faults.
