  • Citation for failure to maintain corporate status. Computer Network Technology Corporation (Computer Network) is a public utility within the meaning of the Public Utilities Act. On December 20, 2006, this Commission issued an Order commencing this proceeding. In that Order, the Commission advised Computer Network Technology Corporation that it received notice that the Respondents certificate of authority to operate in the State of Illinois has been revoked for failure to pay a franchise tax.
