  • This report includes findings, recommendations, and summaries of the testimony provided at the Regional and State Summit Meetings conducted in the summer and fall of 2003. The report is intended as a comprehensive record and reference to assist in the further evaluation and implementation of long term care system reforms in Illinois. The recommendations are proposals submitted by the various witnesses, but have not been endorsed by any particular member s of the Illinois House of Representatives. The recommendations are presented for further analysis during the 2004 legislative session.
