  • As required by Section 2-3.25g of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/2-3.25g), the following report provides summaries of requests for waivers of School Code mandates being transmitted to the Illinois General Assembly for its consideration. Also included are summaries of requests for waivers and modifications acted on by the State Superintendent of Education in accordance with Section 1A-4 of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/1A-4) and of applications that have been returned to school districts or other eligible applicants.
