.ISL welcomes new employees Three new employees joined the State Library recently. Ronald Winner is consultant in the Library Development/Grants & Programs Division, andLynda Maddox works in Library Automation & Technology. Shari Vaughn has joined the Talking Book and Braille Service staff. Three other State Library employees have assumed new duties. Lynn Bierma has moved from Automation & Technology to Library Services/ Administration. Gwen Harrison is now consultant in the Library Development/Grants & Programs Division. Ron Leesman has moved from Library Services/Administration to TBBS. Sixteen Illinois library representatives will take part in the prestigious Library Leadership Institute, Sept. 26-29, at the Illinois State Library.
