Description
This report is submitted in compliance with 105 ILCS 5/21-1a. The law states: The State Board shall report to the Illinois General Assembly and the Governor with recommendations for further changes and improvements in the teacher certification system no later than January 1, 1999, and on an annual basis until January 1, 2001.
