Annual Report to the Illinois Council on Food and Agricultural Research {periodical start}
Annual Reports. The Illinois Council on Food and Agricultural Research (C-FAR) is a statewide partnership organized to support relevant, high-quality research and related outreach programs for Illinois food, agricultural, and related systems. The annual report from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, Illinois State University and Western Illinois University contains high-lights of research activities conducted on behalf of the Illinois Council on Food and Agricultural Research (C-FAR).

Blackout Solutions: final report of the Special Task Force on the Condition and Future of the Illinois Energy Infrastructure
A Illinois Lieutenant Governor's Office report recommending ways to improve system reliability, ensure the safety of Illinois power plants, and increase the diversity of the states energy portfolio. The Special Task Force on the Condition and Future of the Illinois Energy Infrastructure (created 8/16/2003), which was comprised of ten cabinet level members and chaired by the Lt. Governor, was charged with analyzing the state's existing power generation, transmission and distribution systems; examining nuclear power plant safety; developing ways to promote energy efficiency and renewable energy; and evaluating the possibility of Illinois power outages and the state's emergency response preparedness.
