In 2005, the Illinois General Assembly passed House Resolution 462 and Senate Resolution 218 that directed the creation of the Task Force on Access to Benefits and Services to review and analyze policies and procedures concerning the application process and determination of eligibility for cash, food stamps and medical assistance programs.

All Kids Preliminary Report (2008, July)
All Kids program as required by the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act [215 ILCS 170/45]. This is the first, titled preliminary, report of two required by law. The final report is due July 1, 2010. This report also addresses the first annual requirement under Section 47 of the same Act, which is due by September 1, 2008.
