The annual case reports prepared by the Illinois Legislative Reference Bureau "review all reported decisions of the Federal courts, the Illinois Supreme Court, and the Illinois Appellate Court that affect the interpretation of the Illinois Constitution or statutes" (25 ILCS 135/5.05). Thus, (i) only those decisions making a significant constitutional or statutory interpretation are reviewed and (ii) the focus of those cases that are reviewed is on that constitutional or statutory interpretation and may not include a complete analysis of the decision. The purpose of this annual compliance report is to satisfy the requirement of Section 1414(c)(3)of the 1996 Amendments to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). States with national primary enforcement authority are to prepare, make readily available to the public, and submit to the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency by July 1 of each year, an annual report on violations occurring during the previous calendar year of national primary drinking water regulations by public water systems.

Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act: Activities Report for Basic State Grant {periodical start}
